I need some advice along the same lines, i need to bulk down, and tone up.
Whats the best way of going about it? i normally do about 10-20 mins cardio, and then hit the weights, mainly the mechanical stuff, and not dead weights.
I am just over 13 stones, and 5ft11, but i would like to go down to about 10-12 stones, and be muscular, not wrestlers/body builder build. Ive been working my biceps and theyre coming along ok, but i need to work my chest and stomach area and firm up.
shall i just follow the points mentioned above?
Also, i dont have a particular routine at the gym, so can someone just point me in the right direction and give me some guidelines on the kinda weights i should do.
'squats, cleans, military press, dead lift and bench'- could someone please explain exactly what these are
