Quizno's, Dell commercials with that pothead saying "Dude your getting a Dell", and "I'm Loving It" McDonald's are the worst.

Has anyone seen the new Nike commercial with the world-class athletes performing in different sports?

They've got Lance Armstrong boxing, Marion Jones vaulting (gymnastics, not pole variety), Andre Agassi playing for the Red Sox, Mike Vick and Urlacher playing hockey, and Randy Johnson (Diamondbacks pitcher) bowling.

One of the greatest ads ever, in my opinion. I'm just wondering why it didn't make it in time for the Super Bowl...

The best commercial was Delta's commerical with the dolphins! All of those widget 767-200s flying around are so awesome! I also like the British Airways commercials.

Worst: 1-800 Petmeds, Quiznos, Dell intern commercials, Mcdonalds new ones,

YES, the new McDonalds commercials are very bad. I cannot listen to those stupid "lovin it" songs.

Those Quiznos ones are f****d up, but there is something about them that makes you watch.

BEST PAST: Wendy's (Hamburger chain) Theme: We always need a change...

Setting: A model's runway at a fashion show...Russian style!!!
Announcer: Day Vear (wear)!!

A overweight Babushka (woman) saunters out wearing a dank grey headscarf and matching colored burlap sack of a dress...she stops to the front and back behind the curtain!

Announcer: Svim Vear (swim wear)!!!
She emerges again exactly the same...except she has a beach ball under her oversized arm.

Wendy's plugs there pitch about a change in burger joints is aways good..blaj,blah,blah...change is good.

Announcer: Evening Vear!!!
The Babushka emerges again...same attire..but with flashlight..shing it in everyone's face!
(reminiscent of the old Soviet KGB 'flashlight and show me your pass type behavior)

BEST NEW: Southwest Airlines Theme: Want to get away?

The black girl using her dates bathroom looks sneakingly into his medicine closet...

Girl: (yells atop her lungs) I like what you have done with your place here!

She hears no reply...giving her the 'All Clear'...that no one is around.

She pokes around and pulls out a tube of some kind of ointment, snickers to herself and places it back...then
CRASH!!! The whole stack of glass shelves come crashing down on each other....the look on her face is priceless!!! She is so busted!

Wanna get away?

In the states (or at least here in Southern California), there's a commercial for a sandwich company, Quizno's, with small animated rats or something - I absolutely hate it!!! they make me want to eat a sandwich there less!!! Why did they use them in their commercials, why did they have to give me the sense they're cooking rats in their sandwiches!!!

ugh.

I still eat there about once a week anyways. Good stuff (try the Santa Fe Trio if you haven't -- oh, soooooooo good)

Who can actually understand what those things are singing in the Quizno's commercial? I sound like they are mumbling!

That new Nike commercial that NWAman mentioned is very good.

I've always liked the Fiat Punto advert set to Human League's "Don't You Want Me Baby". I don't know what it is, there's just something about that Brummie saying "don't... don't you want me baby? Whoa, whoa whoa....."

Oh yeah, and I'm with Trekster on the Christmas Coke advert - classic.

British Airways...The one with the people coming together in blue, white and red, and then formed a face at the end ... One of the all-time best.

Volkswagen has a had a few great ones.

I also recently saw a Smirnoff Vodka ad where they are on a plane and F/As turn into dancing freaks when the vodka is served. The ad is hillarious. Why are there no disco balls on any of my flights?

The best ones are John Smiths with Peter Kay. Have you seen the new one with Engelbert Humperdinck singing 'Please Release Me' with a pause before he says go and Peter Kay butts in as he is sitting down with a tray of drinks, funny as fcuk! All the adverts are on the John smiths website if you want to see them.

The worst is about 10 years ago when just about every ad was for McD's. They had a promotion over the summer. I think it was big Macs for 99p. Everyone was so sick of them.

I like the new Nike commercials. Those are fascinating. I remember way back when.... Phillips Light Bulbs had some great commercials. One of them was a beautiful woman on an elevator and a man gets on reading the newspaper. He smiles at her. At the next floor, she gets off (he does not see) and a repairman gets on: large, hairy... you know the type. The lights burn out (presumably they were not Phillips) and the newspaper guys says something like "I want you to know I think you are beautiful." The repairman (in his gruff voice) says "Hey, thanks, buddy!"

I miss the Tasters Choice commercials. Did they ever get married? Jeremy told dad about 'him' but what did he think of his ex-wife dating again? Sadly, we will never know.....

Any fast food chain commercials need to be pulled off the air. I saw Taco Bell's last week: it sucks. To me, the word club should not be associated with deep fat fried bread covered in deep fat fried pig meat. McDs and Wendy's are on just too much. I'm hating it. 2.5 years and McDs free!!! What about Quiznos? They show rats? Why would that make me want to eat there? Are they in the store?

GO CANUCKS!!

That damn Chihuahua from Tacco Bell should have been turned into a burrito it was so annoying. I'm lovin' it is driving me over the edge.

Gotta love the Rabbit and the Guinea Pig in the Blockbuster ads.

THe best commercial the Geico one where the squirell runs that car off the road, then the other comes up and gives him a high five. I don't know why but the first time I saw that I couldn't stop laughing.

"Dell commercials with that pothead saying "Dude your getting a Dell" - JAL777

What did ever happen to that guy. Is he in prison?

Oh yea. I think the worst commercial would have to be that new animated one for United. You know, the one where the guy goes to the job interview with one black and one brown shoe on. Crazy stuff.

Worst .... Any ad for DiTech.com - that sorry looking, fat slob loan officer "losing another loan to DiTech." Those have got to be the cheapest ads ever made, and I think I have seen each one 1000 times.

Any of you seen the new Chevrolet commercials? I like the one where it shows their whole new line up racing to get onto the truck. Very creative. I also like the Southwest commercials with the slogan "Wanna get away" those are hilarious.

As for the worst, well Im going with the popular vote here and saying the new Quiznos ones suck..

This has to be the funniest ad I have ever seen in my life. It's the John West Salmon ad where the guy fights the bear for salmon.

One that I will always love from about 30 years ago...from Hertz. It showed a convertable driving down the highway with no driver...and somehow they dropped a guy into the drivers seat. The saying that went along with it was "let Hertz put you in the drivers seat".  Big thumbs up
