SEC Football Tickets 2004

Fri Mar 12, 2004 5:13 am

I can't believe it, only about 5 more months until college football starts.

I live in CLE and have seen a few Big Ten and ND games up here, but I would really like to make a trip down south and see some truly great matchups.

I'm specifically looking for tickets to rivalry games at Tennessee and at LSU. UT played UGA at home last season do you know if they are playing any other good teams at home this season? Do you know what LSU's season looks like?

How hard will it be to get tickets for these games, as I don't know anyone at these schools? Do you know when the tickets go on sale to the public, is it in the next few months or closer to game day?

LSU plays home to Oregon State 9/4, Arkansas State 9/11, Mississippi State 9/25, Troy State 10/23, Vanderbilt 10/30, Alabama 11/13, and Ole MIss 11/20. None of these game should be close, you'd be better of looking at a road game say at Georgia 10/2, or Auburn 9/18. If you want to come experience Tiger Stadium, its gonna cost you some serious $ to get tickets. Unless you come to the Troy State or Arkansas State games. Unfortunately I only have a student ticket which you cant use, sorry. Good luck.

We get two of our biggest rivals rioght here in Neyland Stadium. forget Um and OSU UTVs. UA is the biggest rivalry in teh world just ask a Bama fan and a UT fan. "Roll tide roll, Round the bowl down teh hole roll tide roll". Florida and ?Ron Zook come to Knoxville this year as well. I just hope by then Randy "The I don't Know How to run an offense King" Sanders has gotten fired and we have found a QB by then. I really hope C.J. Leak is doing better than he did this year. Two of the greatest cities for college football Batton Rouge and Knoxville. Neyland is an awesome experience. 110,000 screaming VOL fans. Rocky Top is the only thing you can hear all the way across the river. Ahhhhhh I already miss it I am suffering Vol Withdraw.
