Sure sounds like fun, I'd love it and we could all go to Batavia win some $$ on the horses after checking out some planes and the High Falls Brewery

Actually I was joking Flight152, but not that you really know how to take a joke. And, I have been to Buffalo, so I do know something on the topic. Good job buddy.

Flight152. The day Buffalo is classified as better than Rochester, is the day Singapore_Air scores with a woman that doesn't require 32 pounds per square inch of air pressure.

If there is interest in a Crapchester/Western NY meet up, I'd be down in trying to set something up. We can all meet up when the Fedex A300 flies in.  Big grin

For you Buffalossippi users, I'm in Buffalo pretty much every weekend at your useless airport working. Come on out and say hello.

Oh, and Usairwys757 never backpeddles...he just goes crashing to the canvas instead.  Big grin

By the way, if we have a Crapchester meet-up, the following are not invited. Crime, despair, welfare, disease, melancholy, murder, and drugs. So yeah, that means Buffalo is not invited.

I suppose invading Canucks fall under that category as well?

Seriously, though. The most impressive airplane to routinely fly to ROC is the FedEx A300. Compared to the jungle jets and Bombardiers we usually see, that thing looks enormous.

Frozen Cusatard yummy...

"I'm in Buffalo pretty much every weekend at your useless airport working"

Hmm just because our oversized greenhouse (ehh Airport) that has the rather amusing name of "Buffalo Niagara International Airport" has not had scheduled international comercial service since it opened (the new terminal that is) is no reason to make fun of it. On second though never mind.

If a Rochester meting can be set up I'll do my best to drag the family along and meet everyone.

A thought on KBUF. It's a tough airport at which to spot. You can't see ANYTHING from in front of the terminal area. The Thruway can offer some nice views, but you're moving at 65 mph. I haven't been to Flying Tigers in years, and that's the only other place I can think of.

Aww hell no. All you gotta do is get up and take a walk. I have a few nice spots in the back of my mind...all I need is good weather, like that'll ever happen. I could list all the spots I found for you LHMark, but it would take a while.  Big grin

Hey why don't you guys wait a month.

That way you can take the FAST ferry. Board through the 'sexy' (thanks D and C) terminal. And then take just as long to drive. And then get on Toronto's mass transit system at the dock (that won't be constructed cause the Canadians don't give a rat's ass), and then go to Pearson Int'l.

Sounds like a grand time.

The Police have been informed about this thread and are patrolling the area around Rochester for unwanted Texans, Californians and Frenchmen. Seemingly, to detect the French they are supposedly using sniffer dogs...

To detract the French, the Crapchestarian Police Department has been spreading rumors of hiring a few German officers. The French are already leaving in droves.

Usairwys757, you never no when some Frenchmen will sneak in undetected and surreptitiously open a fine dining restaurant. Then, before you know it, BOOM! Baguettes and wine.
