Yep, Arsenal won the Premiership, however they drew the match... hehehe Lehmann is my idol.

Good job Arsenal, by far the best team in the UK this year.

Well done Gunners. Give Lehmann a chance, he won the PL during his first year, not a bad start at all...

GO GUNNERS!!!

I am glad that some people here also dislike that rat bastard.
He is a lot more likeable then Oliver Kahn though, if you can believe that.

He pushed over Robbie Keen in the 91st minute and gave away a penalty to draw the match 2-2

What a feeling! Definitely the best day of the year. This team is undoubtedly the best i've ever seen at not only Arsenal, but football in this country. EVERY player has played their part, Henry is magic, Kolo Toure is sensational, Dennis the menace should finish his career here, Pires is outstanding, Campbell get's better by the week (he won the title at White Hart Lane finally, hahaha!!), Edu and Gilberto are the best Brazilians to play in this country. Arsene is the best manager in the clubs history, i wouldn't swap him for Capello, Ferguson, Eriksson, Lippi, Ranieri or ANY manager in world football, the man is a genius. Now i hope we go on and make history by going unbeaten the in the last 4 games. Make no mistake, this is the greatest team in the British Isles, no other team comes close, look at the league table to see what i mean. The kind of football we played is stuff i've never seen before, Lehmann is a good keeper, he makes mistake, has a bit of a temper, but who cares? We've just been crowned premiership champions!

ARSENAL FOREVER!!

I disagree they are the best team in the UK this season you cant prove that and it pains me to say Celtic are pretty solid and most likely would beat arsenal in a competitive match at breaseblock city.

Treble Schmeble you were 2nd best in that final and you know it

Man Utd are 2nd rate, champions by a massive 11 points and could have been more. Maybe the buggers should just marvel at us and appreciate what the Gunners hav done instead of having SOUR GRAPES.

Sheesh, it's only one trophy - the Boro have TWO new shiny trophies for our new cabinet, and don't forget it!

A "massive" 11 points? Try looking back a few years to see what a "massive" margin is! Next year will be a challenge for them as both Man Utd and Chelsea would have had time to settle their squads down.

Can anyone explain why someone would want to show a demented twerp (also known as Darwin's Missing Link) "assaulting" a player? Is that the highlight of the season for you?

I think think the current Arsenal team is on par with Man unt in 1999, if not better.

*Cough* The fact that you take so much pleasure in us winning "only" the Premiership shows how good we are and how high the expectations are. Admit it, the Gunners are the best team in the land by a mile, the league table doesn't lie. If it's "only" the league title we are gonna win every season, then i'll take that thanks. Sour grapes from you i'm afraid.

I'm sure you'd be lapping it up though, if you had gotten through to both finals. But you know, they didn't matter anyway!

Personally, I couldn't care less, Arsenal got what they deserved this season and I can recognise that, no matter how arrogant some of their supporters are.

Arrogant? If the team that wins the league in the manner that we did, unbeaten for 34 games (maybe 38 we'll see) plus some of the best football this country has ever seen, cannot be a bit arrogant then who can? We would have rubbed it in everyone's faces if we had won the double or treble, but if you said at the begining of the season we would win the league, i'd have taken that in a flash.

First of all: WAY TO GO ARSENAL!!

Secondly, what exactly went on involving Lehman, other than him pushing Keane? I watched the highlights, and saw a slo-mo of Keane pushing Lehman straight into the post (completely intentionally), just after that corner kick. Had Lehman pushed Keane, before Keane did the same? What happened?

Cheers,

Well done the Gooners!

Its always an added bonus to win premiership titles at Old Trafford (previously) and White hart lane.If it had been Totting-ham winning the title at Highbury i would have been physically sick! (but luckily that wont ever happen)

Heres to next year - we will get better!
