How Did The "Friends" Serie End?

You guys in the USA all watched the final show. I'm wondering here in Amsterdam how the serie ended! Who can tell me? Ross and Rachel marries i guess?

No, Rachel left for Paris and her plane crashed. As it was going down, she called Ross from the seat phone to profess her love for him.

It ended with them sitting on the sofa at the coffee shop and talking about stuff...oh, wait, that's every episode before the finale...
