Coyote Ugly Saloons

Tue Jun 01, 2004 10:24 am

Ever been to one, and if so, did you like it?

I've been to the one here in New Orleans quite a few times. Always a good time there. It's a low key kind of place, pretty much like a dive. Good hours too, open til 4:00am and 24/7 during Mardi Gras week. They have good drink specials usually. And the bartenders aren't half bad either

I see they are opening one soon in San Antonio...good stuff!

Never been, my ex gf was telling me about the one in Dallas here, it doesn't sound half bad.

They've got one in Buckhead, but I go partying in Buckhead oh so much these days. I thought about going to the one in Vegas while I was out there, but never got around to it, as I went to another bar inside the NYNY instead.

We have one here in DC, but its not doing so well.

I walked by the one in the NYNY.

I'd go to the one in Butthead if I were there, because I think boobs are funny and buckhead makes me do strange things.

Went to the one in Vegas. Not at all impressed. No seats, music VERY loud, people crammed in there...no room to dance. It's sole purpose was to get women on the bar to dance and to sell drinks...as many drinks as possible in as short a time as possible. You couldn't visit with anyone...unless you are into shouting at them. You can't dance...too many people. And not a single seat. If anything I saw it as a "churn market"...get 'em in...get 'em to buy a couple of drinks...make it so uncomfortable that they leave and open up space for more of the folks in the very long line to get in and drink.
