I'm not sure of the laws concerning them up in Canada; online casinos are really in a gray area of the law in many areas of the world. Banks are really cracking down on online casino usage by account holders, many banks will not let debit cards issued by that bank be used on any online casinos.

Don't know why you would. A lot of free ones that you can use and I enjoy that even though they make it easier i'm sure. Its controlled by a computer and you bet then the dealer deals or the dice is thrown so they can just make it so it doesn't go on your bet. Of course every once and a while they will throw you peanuts though.

If you're a poker-player, http://www.partypoker.com offers a wide variety of tournaments, tables, and you can get in on a tournament for as little as $5USD. Top-3 places payout as well.

There is free-play offered, and it is just as fun as the real thing.
