All depends: I work nights.
"Breakfast" during the workweek is some black beans over a toasted slice of pumpernickle bread and two 8 oz cups of strong coffee...at around 9:30 PM
Morning fare is a glass of red wine...helps me drift off to sleep.
Weekends it's a pint of coffee, a corn muffin, and some yogurt.
Only a few times a year ( generally while travelling on vacations ) I'll assault my arteries with a stack of pancakes with butter and maple syrup, sausages, fried potatoes, and country ham.
