There are two thing that should be top of your list, I'll let you decide the order:

Drink the local beer!  Big thumbs up
Check out the local women!  Love

"Alcatraz" has a really hot "underwear party" on Sunday nights (no underwear necessary though)... had a hot time there with the most amazing Czech guy last September.

Andz,

Let me know where you are staying, and if you liked the accommodation. I am planning a trip to Prague in the fall.

My Czech hottie was definitely no Bel Ami twink.... beefy, very short blond hair, beautiful hairy chest, and loaded with about a liter of.... well, never mind.

Mmmmmmmmmmm

I've heard of a guy dressed up as a cockroach (aka The Modern Day Gergor Samsa) roaming around distributing touristy Kafka stuff.

I liked the architecture while I was there. And the astronomical clock is cool.

TWFirst -- how dare you call Pavel Novotny/Jan Dvorak a twink! I don't like the twinks myself, but he is damn fine!

how dare you call Pavel Novotny/Jan Dvorak a twink!

...um, because they both were; until they got too old for it and had to beef up in order to appeal to the non-repressed-pedophile market, maybe?  Laugh out loud

They are the one and the same, and he was never what you would class as a 'twink'

-Old Town Square and nearby Powder Tower
-the Prague Castle complex with St. Vitus' Cathedral (see as many of the exhibitions as you can afford, they're great)
-Wenceslas Square (Vaclavske Namesti)

These places are just part of what Prague has to offer. I came here from Toronto and am now arranging to stay here long term (or maybe for good). I've got lots of time. May I suggest you and I meet somewhere, maybe on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday? We could walk around and talk. My e-mail is <> and I would appreciate it if you would write me.

Andz,
I'm off next week as well so if you want to I'd be more than happy to join you with Duke. Contact me on my e-mail and we might work out something.

If you're staying in CZ for a week, try to get out of Prague as well - Český Krumlov, Telč or Karlovy Vary (will be crowded due to ongoing film festival) is my suggestion.

There is also a pretty decent aviation museum in Prague-Kbely, with a unique 2-seater version of Me-262 and CSA Tu-104 (in a pretty bad shape)

They are the one and the same

Gee really?  Yeah sure
I was speaking of each as a marketing encarnation, akin to comparing "twink" Matt Ramsey to "straight" Peter North.

Though might I suggest you enter "male porn stars" into the search function in order to have the faintest idea as to what you're getting into  Big grin

Good lord there are a lot of gay menz up in herre. While I did enjoy Prague, I did not see any Bel Ami boys. The closest I got to one was a Johan Paulik book signing (he *wrote* something?) at Rizzoli's in NYC. My favorite part of Prague was probably the east side of the river where the presidential palace is and a large park. I'd highly recommend walking around that area....well, first I'd recommend double checking that it is where I say it is...

Oops, my e-mail didn't show. One more time: nebduke@hotmail.com hope you get it.

I definitely agree that you should get out of town if you have time. You could go to the old royal castle Karlstejn, only about 45 min. away from Prague, and relatively nearby Krivoklat castle. Both in scenic areas.
