Stock Exchange In Baghdad A Success?

Tue Jul 20, 2004 3:53 am

I just heard at CNN that stock exchange is working again in Baghdad ?

Can it be considered as a success standard ?

The Iraqi children who suffered of collateral damages, will they one day when they will be grown up enjoy to participate in stock exchange ?

How will they be able ro do this later, as they now even cannot enjoy playing simple children games anymore ?

I have small children myself and can understand some 21th Century
sad realities.

My purpose is not to judge anybody, but just to cry out what I have now in the heart. Thanks God who will repair everything ind due time.

Cheers. Kilavoud.

Not too sure, but I remember reading an article a few months back about the person put in charge of redesigning the Iraqi Stock Exchange system...He was a very young Yale graduate. Haven't heard much about it recently thouhg.
