Incorrect. The recent ICJ verdict was solely concerned with the fence´s location
and found that it was in fact illegal in several places.
Separately from that, most people are of the opinion that the fence is a mistake
Regarding your initial post, a comparison to the EU could only be applicable if the EU occupied
the neighbouring countries and conducted military attacks on them while suffering from terrorist attacks from the other side, which is not the case as far as I´m aware. Recognizing
these distinctions would have helped making your post more relevant as far as I´m concerned...
