18 out of 25, and Finland is on top of my "next country to visit" list
Yes I have. If you don't count Kazakhstan as European, I visited all European countries except Moldova and Ukraine
Here's a list of European countries (all of Europe, not just EU). Kazakhstan's one of them:
Bosnia & Herzegovina
Denmark (incl the Faeroe Islands)
Portugal (incl the Azores and Madeira)
Serbia & Montenegro
Spain (incl the Canaries)
the United Kingdom (incl the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Gibraltar)
Must add though, that I've often seen Cyprus listed as Asian, Israel listed as European and Turkey as both. Somehow Russia's always European, though most of it lies in Asia.
Some of the "questionable" inclusions shouldn't be all that surprising. Israel's in Asia, but their teams play in the UEFA, as do Turkey's. Cyprus is now a full member of the European Union, though often classified as Asian. Kazakhstan play within UEFA as well.

I like driving backwards in the fog cause it doesn't remind me of anything - Chris Cornell
Once I was able to say that I had been to all EU countries except one (Finland). But this is no longer true after this year's expansion; of the new countries I have only been to Hungary and Slovenia. Though to be honest, when I was there Slovenia was part of Yugoslavia , and I did not step down from a train while there...
So now I am in -9 (16 out of 25)..
