Defending Constit Rights

Thu Oct 14, 2004 1:00 am

A HS senior from Londonderry, New Hampshire decided to pose for his yearbook shot with a rifle (as he was as a skeet and trap shooter hobbyist). The school board censured and removed this photo from the yearbook. The kid plans on appealing the board and bringing the case to district court. Good for him for making a case to defend our first and second ammendment rights. Seems like everyone wants to be too politically correct these days and not offend people. I wonder what his chances of wining this case are?
