I'm Looking For A Worldmap On Internet.

Mon Oct 18, 2004 9:14 pm

Anyone knows a site with a worldmap, detailed, and if possible interactive? Even better would be if it had airline routes on it.

Thanks!

Interactive Atlas but no airline routes.

Okay,

Last time, I promise....

Is there anyone out there who knows a worldmap with airline routes on it? Interactive, so if you click on a city that you see the nonstop flights.

If it doesn't excist, is there anyone who can make one?  Laugh out loud

You could try the website of the mayor alliances. Some of them have an interactive timetable that also have a map in it. I have a, by now rather dated, timetable for the KLM/NW alliance. Perhaps similar stuff can be found for Skyteam, Star, World etc. You won't find a timetable with all flights from all alliances and individual airlines though.

I don't think there are any maps like the ones you're asking for (with airline routes).

You can simply go to the respective airport's webpage, they usually have the destinations they fly to. That's probably as close as you'll get.

Too bad there isn't anything that convinient online.
If you really want to do it, you will find a way; if you don't, you'll make excuses.

Thanks for your answers!

To bad it doesn't excist. I would like a site that if I for example put the mouse on a city in South America, It will show me a city pair where flights excist. I know most routs in Europe, but it can take a long time to figure out which airline is flying between 2 cities in Asia or South America etc.

I might develop it myself and become Bill Gates II. Anyone wants to invest?
