Timmerman On French TV

Tue Oct 26, 2004 5:35 pm

I've seen some minutes of a program yesterday with Kenneth Timmerman. This guy is ridiculous in his opinions.
He couldn't stop saying that the USA were right to attack Iraq because the 11th September was an attack against freedom, LOL. Of course, for him, no doubt that Saddam Hussein is behind the attack.
That shows how confused are the Republicans about notions like democracy, freedom and religion.
No need to tell you how deep he hates France (by the way he was very often trying - like many here - to turn the discussion on the liberation of France in 1945).

I've taken a look on the web, and here is probably the best I found to sum up his opinion:

Tocqueville understood freedom; Chirac disdains freedom, and has consistently taken France into alliances with dictators and rogue states.

Any opinion on him ?

Never heard of him before. He could be one of those people who think that just by being loud and obnoxious, they'll become famous. Unfortunately, they are sometimes right.
