Generally I like plain 'ole pepperoni on my pizza and lots of it. But when I'm in the mood for specialty, I'll get a Ragin' Cajun from the Village Idiot (NYC style pizza pub here in Columbia) - Blackened chicken, onions, jalapenos, tomatoes.

A veggie pizza with roma tomatoes, artichoke hearts, broccoli, mushrooms, banana peppers, roasted garlic.
A chicken teriyaki pizza (teriyaki sauce rather than tomato sauce, grilled teriyaki chicken, red onions, scallions, water chestnuts, mixed bell peppers)

Shrimp Pesto pizza (basil pesto, shrimp, roma tomatoes, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese and goat cheese)
Smoked salmon pizza (smoked salmon, capers, roasted red peppers, red onions, roasted garlic, smoked gouda and mozzarella cheese.)
