Howdy,

Who is Hannah? Why is it a big deal anyway?

Congratulations on getting a new job, but big deal is all I can say!

Also, Jeremy, you made a very good point. I don't think I'd want to be flying all the time if I was scared of it!

Thanks,

Josh.

BA ? Which base?

Hannah is afraid of flying, why would she apply for a cabin crew job ?

Well, I know a BA F/A at LGW who was afraid of flying, and still does now... but for her work is work... if Hannah is afraid of flying, let's hope she can do the same ! :P

Pilot Kaz, I dont think you understood what GVBIG meant, he is saying I dont know why all these people (males) are ranting after here when she aint all that. If that is her in the pic, then he is dead right. He does not criticise her, and a comment that one needs to get to know some one is implied on your behalf that he is being mean or rude or arrogant or nasty about her personality when he doesnt know her.

Yet all he is doing is questioning why people are so head over heals when she dont look so grand in the pic.

What lovely news Hannah. I'd say your hard work has paid off if it wasn't for the fact you actually seem a shit Aviance employee with all the skiving off etc. Anyhow, I'm sure you will very much enjoy the job.

or see the aircraft parked up next to G-MIDL

I really don't understand, Kaz.

Hannah is highly regarded on this website and everyone loves her. The picture is of Hannah.

There are at least two people who do not highly regard her nor love her.

Attend one of our meets and you'll see how a lot of us are good friends.

Don't kid yourself Ben, you know that's nonsense.

Yet all he is doing is questioning why people are so head over heals when she dont look so grand in the pic.

Amen to that. I fail to see what the big deal is.

Well, if some of the b*llocks that's been posted in here carries on, it looks quite possible. It's amazing sometimes that people will actually make a special effort to be offensive. Why bother posting?

Well I just wanted to say THANKYOU to all those people who have been behind me. As some of you know ive been through quite a bad patch recently and this is really great!
Seriously, Thanks to all the people behind me and to the people who are not behind me? Well i dont care...
Shamrock.. Declan.. Im afraid you are wrong on some of your facts there. We are actually a great bunch of friendly people and Im sorry that you dont fit into that. If we wernt such great friends together, then why do we always meet up, go out and generally have a great time? As i said, im sorry you dont quite fit into that picture, but thats your choice to be a knob eh?
GVBIG.. please dont judge me by what you have heard. Get to know a few of us first before you start critising please, its just not needed.
As for the picture.. yeh i dont look so great in it, whatever, it doesnt bother me. We all have bad pictures.. i actually think that picture was funny  Smile that was a funny evening  Smile
Im a shit Aviance Employee?? Hell yeh thats true. Skiving?? Yeh... what do you think im doing today with this HUGE celebration hangover.. yup skiving.. WOO HOO...
Anyway once again, thanks for all your kind posts and well the nasty ones? Well they just made me smile even more!!
CHEERS.. and happy flying  Smile

Imonti,

I'm glad someone saw my point! I guess the level of intellect in the Non-Aviation section goes to show here.

GVBIG.. please dont judge me by what you have heard.

There is a search facility available, I also make my judgments on what I read. Thank you.

Pilot Kaz,

Are you brown nosing Aviancegirl? It really does seem it you know.

You give the UK a bad name, use one of those dictionaries for Christ sake!

Just a general perception I get with some people here already.

Josh.

Nice show here!!!

I have a question, If I become a FA for any airline, would I have many "hope to see you here and I'll drive you around" offers????  Laugh out loud

Well, Hannah... Congrats! What else could I say? Be brave, and be nice to the people. Don't get mad if they ask you for a fork. And serve them full glasses of juice...

Don't worry VBIG , I am not being hard on you , you could have been browsing these forums a long time before you joined...I am staying neutal here but I have my suspicions..  Big grin

I would use the search feature on you "GVBIG", but i know your type and only having 6 posts, wouldn't prove fruitful. Comments like yours dont earn you respect from people who matter on these forums. We all cant love one another I know that. But there was no need to piss on our fire... so to speak.

I just hope that the majority of readers of this post realise that not all engineers are as stupid and narrow-minded as yourself. But then what can I expect from someone with such a low intellectual level as yourself...

Anyways, Im done with you now, you may continue...

Hannah, I have already congratulated you in person yesterday. but i will say it again, you more than deserve this position and you better be nice to me when i fly. And when I say "nice" I mean upgrade me  Big grin...

To coin a phrase, "The world is a book and those who do not travel only read a page"... So heres to happy reading **Cheers**

Guys,

Don't get me wrong here! These are just observations I have made over time.

SA006 was correct in stating how I could of been reading the forum a long time before I registered.

Aviancegirl is probably one of the nicest people out there, I'm sure.

End of discussion, lets focus our attention on the new job as I'm sure she would appreciate.

Josh.

I would like to say about my reply (reply number 47) I did not in any way try to implicate Alex or accuse him or GVBIG in any way. I am sorry if I offended anyone.

Just to be clear , unfortunately I can't edit my post , as I would. If a mod could do me a favour and delete I would be grateful. Thank you.
