What Is Your Shoe Size?

Tue Nov 30, 2004 5:43 pm

Do we have big feet here on A.net ?

I have a 46 (or 11), and more than often it is a PITA for me to buy new shoes.

Any bigger (or smaller feet here ?)

Cheers,

I wear a 14W or 15 (European 49.5 or 50).

And you think its hard to find your size????

BTW, I have huge hands as well. As I tell people, I just happen to have very large extremities....

This will be fun. Europe, the UK and the US all use different methods of sizing!  Laugh out loud

Takes me back to my student days when my house of three Brits, two Frenchmen and a Hungarian all looked at each other in utter confusion when talking about height, weight or shoe size.  Insane

I have an American size 10.5 left foot and a 10 right foot, so I usually go with 10 wide as a compromise. I also wear size 43 European, which seems to work well for both feet.

The same size as the man who set foot on the moon first...9 and 1/2.

The ONLY reason I know that, IS, a co worker teased me for having, what they thought, as small feet for being six feet tall. So I went online to find famous people's shoe sizes. Viola! Neil Armstrong!

14 narrow.. because those are damn near impossible to find I usually just stick with regular 14s, which are hard enough to find.

Depending on the shoe either a 9 or a 9 1/2. The slip on dress shoes that I am wearing are a 9 1/2.

UK
11.5 or 12.

Prefer to get into an 11.5 if its comfortable. Dont want to be wearing canoes on my feet. I know its only half a size, but its psychological.

Size 13.5US, 46ARG, 48EU. To this day it embarrases me a little (Tristarenvy, I'm just 6'1)

I've got a cousin who wears a 42-43, or 11-12 womens. She dreads it except around me, then she feels better since her feet are smaller than mine. Her feet are incredibly long for a girl, as are mine for my height. We tease each other over how big our shoes are. I call her shoes runways, she calls mine aircraft carriers. I think we laugh about it so much because outside of that the situation sucks, specially for her.

The message you were about to post is too short and probably not of any higher value to the topic at hand.

Thats such a funny line.
