Reserve Power In Nokia Cell Phone Batteries?

Do Nokia mobile phone batteries have reserve power which can be used when the battery is down?

If you access to a freezer try putting the battery in there for a few hours. It will give you some extra talk time in an emergency. Or if you're outdoors put the battery in a plastic bag and place it in snow for the same amount of time.
