I'm 6'2" and 155 lbs, but I should be less (though I'm not stressing about it, or changing my habits in any way). Actually, my weight is fluctuating A LOT, I was 6'0 1/2" and 135 about a year ago. But then I got appendicitis and my appendix burst, left untreated for 2 weeks following, and I was hospitalized for quite a bit of time. I went down to 79 lbs, then bounced back big time and hit 187 (jesus christ I was fat, for me, I have a small build), then went back down to 120, now I'm leveling off at 150-160, it goes back and forth all the time, so I'm not quite sure what to think.
