What To Bring Back From Frankfurt?

Tue Feb 08, 2005 1:07 am

As you prolly know there shall (...) soon be a mega-FRA meet.
Now the question is, in what shopping should we indulge in FRA ?

Frankfurt is famous for being the drug capital of Germany, so why not buy a little bit crack or heroin?  Big grin

Should be no problem, I saw a report about FRA lately and some fool from the Federal Border Guard told the reporters that FRA is totally understaffed, they won't even catch you when you arriving with a big plastic bag of white powder from Bogota.

Bringing back to Ireland, UTA?
When I was in Ireland, I saw how expensive cigarettes were. Even though cigarettes are expensive in Germany too, you still get a bargain when you are buying cigs here.

And Ebbelwoi - as MD11 engineer already told. But it's better drinking Ebbelwoi in Frankfurt. It's great, you don't feel the alcohol for long time but when you recognize it, it's too late.
Try to find a toilet close to you then, UTA.

Avianca, great idea. Eating handkäs mit Musik and drinking Ebbelwoi. Crying out "Ebbelwoi - Hals enoi", this is what real Frankfurt people are doing all day. lol

Handkäs mit Musik, no you can´t do this! This stuff is against the laws against proliferation of weapons of mass destruction!  Laugh out loud
(My mother is from Hessen, albeit the region around Kassel. She likes to eat this cheese, but I always had to leave the kitchen as soon as she unwrapped it)

Just don't bring back a case of the crabs from Kaiserstrasse in FRA. Better bet would be Saarlandstrasse, Klien Linden, Giessen. Not far from Berlinerplatz (sorry; Kennedyplatz).

I'd tell you to look for a young, pretty, clean girl named Uta, but now that I think about it, she's probably about 58 - 59 yrs old now  Smile
