Good, time to ring a few celebs and tell them to "get a life"  Smile
By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?

It isn't the first time the Paris Hilton has had it's 'security breached'.

Hey ConcordeBoy, she has the number to your boytoy Gavin:

"Newson, San fran gavin
1-415-722-9876"

Quick, before he changes it!!

And it looks like she flies WN too.

Anyone who cares about their own privacy should not be using a mobile phone  Insane

I say we leave the starts a lone and let them live as peaceful of a life as they can. But I feel bad for Paris Hilton. I was hoping going into this thread that it was something more interesting if you know what I mean.

I hate Paris but I hate hackers even more....and I'm usually opposed to the death penalty but I'd make an exception for computer hackers.

Not quite sure what your point here is. Are you saying that by using a cell phone, she deserved it ? Do you use a cell phone? When using your cell phone, isn't it reasonable to expect that your private information be kept private?

How about people who use, credit cards, personal checks, online banking, ATM's, drivers licence, social security #...

Do they deserve to have their privacy compromised?

When will her (sad excuse for) parents say "Enough!!!" and cut her off? Paris without money will be as interesting as watching paint dry. But then, FOX will probably make a show for her... "When Rich Girls Go Broke!"

For the sake of curiousity, for those who despise her, what and how?

Specifically, how does it matter?

She's taken a pretty proud family name and shot it to crap, for one. When I see a Hilton Hotel, I think of HER, and not value, or comfort...

She sets a terrible example for young women, who might think it's "just so cool" to dress, act, spend like her. Watch that God awful MTV show, "My Super Sweet 16" and see what her behavior makes teen age girls with more money than class act like.

I have no interest in knowing more about her. One cannot turn on the TV, or buy a magazine without getting a look at her.

And why her parents allow behavior like this to continue, is beyond me.
If you don't stand for SOMETHING, you'll fall for ANYTHING.

While I can't speak for Solarix, I do share his viewpoint. On my cell phone, I do not have any information on it that can be considered "sensitive." By this I mean incriminating photos, personal info belonging to others, passwords, etc.

No one deserves to have personal information taken without their knowledge and consent and used against them. However, they are responsible for taking measures to ensure such information does not fall into the wrong hands. I mean, how easy is it to simply misplace your cell phone?

I'm willing to bet no one will trust Paris Hilton with thier phone numbers now.
I lift things up and put them down.

Doesn't matter. She's made a name for herself and makes plenty of money on her own. Also, because of who she is, just doesnt need to spend money too often.
