Methods Of Relaxation

Mon Apr 18, 2005 2:03 am

Yeah, another four hours at work, wondering how I can get myself relaxed later when I leave. The all-time favorite hot shower might help, but I could really use a spa. Anyone have methods of relaxation you'd like to share? I like doing alternative things sometimes, even something simple, like watching the water when I'm out on a boat.

I'm sure some here would include something about drinking, but people have different ways of winding down, I understand.
