Col. David Hackworth Dies At 74

"Hackworth died Wednesday in Tijuana, Mexico, where he was receiving treatment for bladder cancer. His wife, Eilhys England, was with him.

"He died in my arms," she said. The couple lived in Greenwich."

Thank you Col. for your Valour and honesty in these tough times. Hack had the nerve to speak out against many issues where this administartion has done things wrong or tried to add fluff to the situation in regards to policy in IRAQ.

Oh that's sad. I liked him. No nonsense, gave great commentary on CNN, and promoted good causes on his website to assist the soldiers when others wouldn't.

I enjoyed reading his columns on WND.com a great deal. One of the military's most strident defenders and a soldier's soldier.

RIP. May you find the peace in the next life you could not find in this one, and I hope that you get the chance to make amends with Boorda now.
Is my Pan Am ticket to the moon still good?
