Hate to say, but I agree with the verdict. I honestly believe that the case more closely resembles the Wendy's "Thumb in the chili" case than a true molestation case.

If he´s got a bit of common sense left, he´ll get himself into psychological treatment right now. They can´t try him again on these cases (double jeopardy), so he can go without incriminating himself. But he needs to get out of the surroundings of people kissing his butt, because he has got money.
The way i see it (with all the cosmetic surgery and his lifestyle), he doesn´t have much confidence into himself and he needs somebody who is at the same time critical of his behaviour and trustworthy.

It might be the last chance he ever has.

So...how many charges were left for which he was not tried? They aren't covered by double jeapordy. I wonder what the plan is now.

He sure does look alot healthier than the sick guy who had to go to the hospital a couple days ago.

This does not say he's innocent...it says he has not been proven guilty.

I also agree with the verdict. I think that while a little odd, I can't see the sexual side of it happening. I also think a woman with 17 prior attempts to sue and extort should not have been allowed to bring this to trial.

Either that, or this is the most hard done family in history

Seems it was all about doubt.. something his legal team obviously did well in creating.

No big surprise I think.

Just hope he retires somewhere quickly and quietly, but no-where near my nieces or nephews.

I never found the accuser or his mother credible. The evidence just wasn't there. The jury made the right decision in my opinion. However, Jackson still needs to grow up and realize that he is an adult and should not sleep in the same room as children that's not his own.

But with OJ, and now this, (many other high profile stuff, but these two take the proverbial cake) one has to wonder what can be done to fix this judicial system. I think Southpark had Jackson dead on in the episode they did about him moving to hide from the media.

He is a 9 -12 year old boy stuck in the body of a man with a license that proves he is over 21 so he can buy booze and porn (every 12 year olds dream).

I don't think he is mature enough to even go through with a sexual act other than holding hands.

He probably still believes in kudies (sp?).

He got off scot free.

Let's face it, money talks. With a good enough legal staff (money well spent, eh OJ) they will be able to raise reasonable doubt, and he will walk, tarnished, but free.

Of course, you know he was messing with little boys, I know he was messing with little boys, everyone knows he was messing with little boys, but what of it? It may not have been to the out and out point of molestation, but it was still inappropriate. Why is it that if he didn't do it, it is ALWAYS that he didn't do it with a 12 year old boy? Where there is smoke, there is fire.

But alas, this is America, people, land of the free, home of the brave. Welcome to our legal system, where enough money (just watch,) fame (OJ anyone) or political influence (someone call the Vatican) can buy you anything you want.

He should have hired the little boys as "interns" and just got BJ's, that seems to work out pretty well.

The worst part is, serial rapists and child molesters always maintain their habits. He'll got back to little boys. Oh, he'll be a bit more private and careful about it, maybe a little girly-boy in another country, maybe he'll buy a nice Indonesian orphan or two, but he won't change. He's got some form of mental illness, a sickness that forces him to molest children like this. Catching him won't cure him, it'll just force him to be craftier about it.

I actually saw this one coming as "NOT GUILTY." Because the fact that he's a major celebrity...

I mean just think about it. I'll bet if he was even charged with murder or something else and EVEN if there was solid evidence, then well.....it would be still not guily....why??? because celebrities can get off the hook.

And you know what guys? I would of bet my whole bank account if I would have that chance.

Without a doubt. As soon as Gary Glitter got out of the jug, he was off on a plane to Vietnam and Cambodia to do little girls there.

Well....look.

Its a two sided coin here that justic serves here.

If you have the money (like a celebrity) then they have nothing to worry about EVEN if they have solid proof even for murdering someone. Then you have other side of the coin which is....poor. Which means, you get thrown in jail. Thats it. Its even a waste of time for this discussion. Celebrities will get off easily. So nextime if we will see the same, count on a not-guilty verdict.

What is wrong in America? A court has spoken, and immediately 90% of the US posters shout foul.

You may like or dislike Michael Jackson, that's irrelevant, living in a developed country he has the right to have a fair trial.

If you doubt that he had a fair trial, then you have a HUGE problem of an entirely different magnitude: You should rush out and build a decent justice system to serve your nation.

But give it a break. Spend a day or two on reading the remarks from the judges. Then you can judge if you already have a justice system or only a goddamn KGB.

Bozo's...!! I've done Jury Duty. If I walked into the court room like they are dressed, the judge would have sent me home. WAY too casual. Second, listening to them speak, they have admitted to several things your not allowed to do while on jury duty.

That is the beauty of our judicial system. We can voice our displeasure with how it works, and work towards changing it.
