I'm particularly upset about this. The government threatened to pursue other action against AOL (the same company as Time) if Time did not cooperate. Judith Miller of the NY Times still might be going to jail. It will be interesting to finally find out who leaked the name.

Just so I understand correctly, are you saying that reporters shouldn't use sensitive information whe writing articles? Because that would be very detrimental to the profession of journalism.
