A Vs. B - The Ultimate Battle!

Thu Jul 07, 2005 12:07 pm

When it comes to household cleaning products, there are two main flavors:

1. Ammonia products (Scrubbing Bubbles, etc.)

2. Bleach products (Clorox, Comet, etc.)

POLL: Which do you prefer and why?

Whenever I clean my bathrooms, I prefer the ammonia products. I just have a fondness for Scrubbing Bubbles. I like the cartoon on the bottle and I like that I just spray it on the soap scum in the shower, leave it there for an hour, and wipe away with a sponge.

I dont smoke, but I have heard that ammonia enhances the flavor of cigarette smoke. Can anyone confirm?

My housekeeper will be here at 8 AM. I will ask her and get back to you on what she prefers.

I don't personally use them, but according to the maid the second ones are better for cleanning.

Is not the smell that cleans, but the "active" ingredients of the cleanner product.
