PS2 & Memory Sticks

Sun Oct 09, 2005 5:11 pm

I would like to know if this will work.

I have got the PS2 game Gran Turismo 4, and if you take photos with in the game it saves the photos to your memory card, this takes up space.

On the front of the PS2, there are 2 USB slots. I have a memory stick (flash drive) and I would like to know, if I plugged my memory stick into one of the USB slots on the PS2 and then turned the PS2 on. Will the memory stick get reconised, then is it possible to transfer the photos of the PS2 memory card on to the USB memory stick.

Thanks for your help.

When you have taken photos with photo drive etc. (It is recommended that you use a Memory Stick)

1. when you save the photo, the options are save to:
Memory card slot 1
memory card slolt 2
USB Memory Device (i think that is wat it says)

2. Choose USB Memory Device
3. Insert memory stick into one of the USB slots on the front of the PS2.
3. Press OK.

OR

1. Go to Photos on 'HOME MENU'
2. Chose photo you want to transfer.
3. find the button on the right hand side of the screen which transfer photos to the memory stick, should say at the bottom of the screen.
4. Then chose the option you have found.

NEXT STEP.

1. Load Memory stick into USB on your Computer.
2. Open memory stick folder
3. then open a folder called 'GT4' (automatically created by the game.

Then put them on to a image hoster to put on the net.
