Police About To "blow Up" Impala In DC

Sat Oct 22, 2005 1:47 am

Just cruising the channels for Wilma updates and ran into live-feed on FOX of the cops about to "disrupt" a suspiscious package in a Chevy after getting some sketchy answers from the two occupants.

Interesting that they are (as is being reported) considering water cannon vs detonation. Didn't know they had the options. Anyway, it's creating quite a fuss and might be fun to watch. Regards...jack

The 2 occupants claimed they had a bomb in the car.

You missed the key part of the story...

"The Capitol had not been evacuated nearly two hours after the incident was first reported. Tourists still milled around and in the U.S. Capitol building. The Senate remained in session for debate on a spending bill."

Senators were actually doing their jobs, and even more, they were debating a spending bill!! A truly blessed and historic day in DC.
