There have been a few threads related to this recently.
Poll: Apple Or Microsoft? (by Btriple7 Nov 16 2005 in Non Aviation) Your PC Workstation: Show Us Your Pics! (by FlySAA Nov 5 2005 in Non Aviation)

I had started a "Your computer specs" thread a while back, but for some reason it has apparently been deleted.

I use a Dual 2.5GHz Power Mac G5, and a 667MHz PowerBook G4.

I use a Toshiba Laptop for everything . . . 17" screen, 80gig HD, 1024 mb RAM, CDRW, etc. etc.

At home it's plugged into an external hard drive, and an HP Color printer, and external speakers.

Don't have a desktop as I am rarely home . . . this laptop is the hot ticket.

I have a HP Pavillon 750t (2004) desktop which I call it the (AV001)
Also a built to my specification desktop (2002) which I call it the (RV001)

RV001 might need to get a refit shortly. Because the case isn't good enough to displace heat and all the entire slots onboard are full. So I might call it RV001X.
