To all Europeans, I need to know how much sugar is shown in the ingredients of a pint of milk. It doesnt matter if its organic, full fat, semi-skimmed or skimmed but as long as its standard milk and not soya or with flavourings such as chocolate or vanilla or anything like that. If you only have a 2 pint or a gallon etc then thats fine too.
I am trying to work out if we european countries have any sugar in our milk as for 32 years of living in UK I never noticed that we did, but when I recently moved to the US and went shopping I noticed a hell of a lot of items with sugar content that I never thought we had in Europe/UK. One of which being milk. The other thing is, does your milk have With Vitamin A & D or other things like that? My guess is that milk with added vitamins probably contains more sugar.
I'd be grateful if you could also let me know any other common items such as bread, cheese, baked beans etc. that also have or dont have sugar and how much if they do.
Thanks in advance
