What Do You Always Have In Your Car?

Sat Dec 17, 2005 8:52 am

I saw the what do you always carry on you thread and thought about what people always leave in their cars.
There are plenty of things that I leave in my car all the time which I almost never take out either.
Registration and insurance stuff and owners Manuel of course.
First Aid Kit.
Sun Glasses
Car Phone Charger
Flash Light with flashing strobe.
Baseball Bat
Some Napkins and even Airsickness bags in the passenger seats.  Smile
My VW came with one of those Caution Triangle things too.
Pair of basketball Shoes
Can of deodorant
Box of breath Mints.
Automated Toll Pass.
Lots of coins.
And I might just have some random clothes in the back of the car.
And once I turn 18 I will plan on leaving a nice S&W .40 Cal. In the glove box. I love Florida  Wink

Yea I think that's it. Im sure I have more just cant think of it right now. So what do you leave in your car?

Presently, but not always:
De-icer washer fluid: I de-ice my car like an airplane when we have freezing rain.. I just dump the fluid over the top and the windows and everything clears right up.
Things were better when it was two guys in a dorm room.

Well, apart from the usual - seats, steering wheel etc Big grin in winter I load my big blue box which has jump leads, tow rope, shovel, torch and tools in. Not that we get snow here, but I always find somebody needs a jump start, or a tow or gets stuck in the mud.

Oh, and car sex is out. A Citroen Saxo is a challenge for someone young and fit - for me it's bloody impossible! Big grin

Hi guys.

>> Skidmarks, Yeah I see your point. That's a nice little car you've got, but to go "parking" and try to become "familiar" with someone in it would likely be dam hard for almost anyone ......... depending on how vigorous the activity.

However, my lovely & innocent wife Phyllis (aka Vaporlock) just asked me to mention to you ...............

"You could always use the hood!"  bouncy  I think that advice is based on experience! Oh wait a minute. Yeah, actually it is.  wink

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Regarding my car - a Plymouth Grand Voyageur LE (extended minivan) - I keep it very clean inside, so other than the essential items for winter driving, I carry other stuff to & from it in either a travel bag or work bag.

PS, on weekends, my car comes with a doggie......... but I don't leave her in it!
