New Years' Resolutions

Sat Dec 24, 2005 3:00 am

Anyone got an idea about what they intend for their annual New Year resolution then?

I started mine early anyway because I gave up the demon weed (over a month now). I was thinking about taking up drinking again...after all we all need a hobby. So what do you intend either doing, not doing or taking up in the new year?

Well I've cut down on smoking already so maybe I'll just carry on with that.

Good job with the weed and I agree with your thoughts about starting drinking again. You can do that, just drink in moderation. Haha.

Sorry, but I'm not marrying you unless you quit.

I gave up on patches and got an inhalator, and I'm quite surprised how good it turned out to be. I'm in the cutback phase now which works out at the equivalent of three cigarettes a day.

My New Years Resolution has to be not to backslide.

I am absolutely serious with that. From next year I will buy the small (0.3 liter) beer bottles and I will not drink more than three within the week (on weekends of course more).
