Now that I'm getting older, I need something other than Lucky Charms.

I hate that sugar-loaded artificially flavoured crap!

None of them come even close to fresh fruit with oat flakes, nuts and a pinch of real vanilla, completed with fresh whole milk!  yummy

I'm not categorically against everything enjoyable that's bad for you.

I'm just against cheap bottom-of-the-barrel crap that's sold quite expensively and doesn't even taste halfway decently!  vomit

Blueberry Morning is my favorite, but because the price is high and the box is small, I usually only get it when its on sale.

I guess it would be raisen bran or bran flakes...something along those lines. I very rarely eat brekkie though as i'll be sick if i eat first thing in the morning.

Cheers

ps, i used to LOVE crunchy nut cornflakes until i stopped putting sugar in my cup of tea and on my cereal!

Cheerios are great, but so are Chocolate Crispy (Japanese variant of Rice Crispies made of chocolate), and Rice Crispy.

Stay away from instant oats.

Well, the classic for me is Cheerios, as I ate them as a kid. My dad still loves them.

I am a big fan of some of the Nature's Path products. My favorite is Heritage Flakes

I just tried Optimum Power, which is quite good too.

The funny thing is, the organic, ultra-healthy and high quality cereals tend to be cheaper than the mass marketed ones.

This stuff rocks:

It's particularly good with a two bit whore pulling her fish-nets back over those glossy hips in the next room, and just before I scramble up some unfertilized eggs.
