The lottery prize, drawn on Friday evenings, has rolled over nine weeks in a row.

If a ticket holder picks the right numbers this week, they could be in for a whopping £85m to line their pockets. Lotto organisers Camelot say shops have been printing tickets hand-over-fist, reaching an enormous 100,000 per hour so far.

But if no one scoops the jackpot this Friday, the prize fund could race over £100m by next week.

Sadly though, the odds of winning are a depressing 76 million to one - more than five times the chance of winning the original Lotto jackpot on Saturday night.
