If you look carefuly you can see the pilot only throttled up No: 2&3 engines - not all four!

Its not weird.. I think that its not healthy for the parking brakes if you use all 4 engines while the parking brakes are activated.

thought it might been some sort of technical reason why. thought it might had really destroyed the car, the aircraft or the film crew if they went to full throttle on all four engines.

the parking brake wouldnt hold 4 engines at that kind of power!

Just a comment to that, here in Brasil at SDU, i guess it was some 5 years ago, a car crossed behind a 737 and the same thing happened, and the engines are a bit "weaker".
SDU has a crossing behind the runway and the taxi crossed the red light.
I saw on Mythnusters something like that, they rented the engine but they weren´t able to flip the car over. they were kind of pissed.

Anyway, thx for the video.

or the runway either as mentioned in the clip, any more than a 20 second burst destroys the runway, 4 engines would probably reduce that safe time...

Kinda makes you question the wisdom of the "fence-grabbing" we do after one too many mai tais at SXM, doesn't it?  mischievous
