Sportscaster Curt Gowdy Has Passed Away

Damm, I had asked about him a while ago, and somebody said that he had allready passed.

But he could call the olympics.

Not like the guys that NBC puts on now.


He also used to plug Tesoro Gas Stations up here.
OBAMA-WORST PRESIDENT EVER....Even SKOORB would be better.

I don't know if he's in the Pro Football Hall of Fame, but he should be: his voice as main play-by-play man for the AFL from 1960 to the merger helped the NFL become what it is today, and his dramatic calls of that upstart league wer legendary (i.e., the "Heidi Game").

He was a great sportscaster. One of the last of the great ones from when sports TV came of age in the 60's.
