Jesus Christ again? He's only been back a week. We need to have an intervention for Kirkie. Whenever he's drinking he starts posting, we need to circle to be broken.

Unfortunately for Gkirk, he posted while he was drunk and got himself in trouble again. Being trashed isn't an excuse for getting loose.

I have heard through the grapevine that he is taking a vacation with the new love of his life. Someone was able to get a picture of the two of them together. I will post it for you all.

The wedding is in June, pending the outcome of a veterinarian examination.

The bit that always puzzles me is why anyone would come on here and post while drunk.  Confused

I mean, when I get pissed there are many things on my mind, including kebabs  Wink but turning on the PC and posting here ain't one of them.

Me too. Generally, if I go for a night out I don't intend to come back and use my PC (after a good night, I'm incapable of doing it anyway), so I turn it off.

GKirk came on the forums and broke several rules with his obsentity laden post. GKirk has been warned multiple times about his posting syle, so in actuality he got a break. And we hardly play big brother. When several of your fellow A.net users suggest deletion of his drunken tirade...its hard to ignore.

I cannot agree with this more. When I am out drinking and having a good time, when I get home drunk, the last thing on my mind is A.net.

I've gone on the PC when I'm drunk (not on Anet though cause it's too complex). But writing sutpid comments that no one can read because it's full of typos can be fun  Smile The very few times I've tried it out, I was lucky and didn't in trouble by the mods  Smile

in case of many it may well be. But in an open discussion you have to accept whatever comes up. And judging from what I see on various discussion boards, it is similar in other "places". But I at the other hand do NOT see a problem, as I simply "jump forward" in case of threads or contributions I for whatever reason dislike, and realize that others have the same freedom with whatever I post.

Your choice, but you would make a mistake. After all, you are an old member and you can always choose not posting instead of deleting your profile, but, like I've said, it is your choice.

Quoting Gkirk (Reply 37):
depending on whether the forums content improves

Well, I miss all the people that left this place in a matter of days, but it also brings an interesting question: If you want content to improve (an we all do), why do you plan to delete yourself. The easiest way never to improve content is just to delete ourselves.

Anyway, those were just my  twocents

PS Glad you're back  bigthumbsup
