Anyone From Sweden Here?

Sat Mar 11, 2006 4:55 am

I absolutely love the swedish singer Cecilia Vennersten, her songs are amazing, at least they sound amazing but i don't know what they mean. Can anyone translate the following for me? These are the titles of the songs I absolutely ADORE...

Kapten Nemo

Var Mig Nära

Innerst i sjælen

Thanks a mil in advance...

You're right it looks Swedish. I try to translate it with the help of my 3 words of Danish I know.

Kapten Nemo - Captain Nemo...

Var Mig Nra = Be close to me???

Although this looks very Danish to me.

Kapten Nemo = Captain Nemo

Var mig nära = Be close to me

Innerst i sjælen (looks btw danish or norwegian, the swedish spelling would be själen) = deep in my soul (not 100& accurate but close)

Hope it helps  Smile

It's funny, the only Cecilia Wennersten song I can seem to remember is "Det vackraste"... "The most beautiful" in English, I suppose.

Cheers

Sure, we're concerned for our lives. Just not as concerned as saving 9 bucks on a roundtrip to Ft. Myers.
