I'm hoping to see some of anet photgraphers who subscribed to this thread posting pictures of their homes so that I can pay them a nocturnal visit real soon!

I'd be interested to see them give that a go. I have a small army of federal police officers hovering about my front gate protecting the next door neighbours. I feel mighty secure - thankyouverymuch.

Smile OK, I'll bite--I noticed the giant something-with-a-pool next door in your photo, and then you said that...so what's next door then? ("Who" can be a secret, I guess.)

I don't care to post the photos, but when I GE'd "home" I can see my roommate's car and there's a lack of cars at the school next door so we know it was probably a weekend before 3 PM when she wakes up and leaves home; work's parking lot was empty too so either holiday or weekend when that was taken, too. It's fun playing detective with Google Earth!

No secret. Next door is a compound that contains the Sydney residences of both the Governor General and the Prime Minister.

I looked up my home, and was amused to see it was a fairly old photo. I'm not certain, as the resolution was not clear, but I may have been in my pool in the back yard!

I figured I'd include JNB airport for some scale and to give an idea of location.

My workplace

Since I live outside the city limits, Google Earth doesn't show my home yet.  mad

Once you have the picture saved as image format, upload it to a site such as http://photobucket.com . Then, to post the picture use this code: (img)insertpictureURLhere.com(/img), making sure to replace the () with [] (and copying the correct picture URL).

Espero te sea de utilidad  Smile
Don't expect to see me around that much (if at all) -- the contact link should still work, though.

work is a restaurant in East Rutherford, NJ called Park & Orchard. It's right off Rt. 17, so, if your ever stuck at TEB for a while, stop by and have some lunch (or dinner).

New house (not really visible because it is in the low-res part). Its in one of Doha's newer districts, and this image is at least 2-3 years old so the area looks more deserted than it really is:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v84/amrja/newhouse.jpg

Old house (we just moved to this one 2 weeks ago, which is why I haven't been on A.net much), covered by a cloud:
