You are probably going to have hard time deleting it. After you try all other suggestions, if they don't work, you probably need to change permissions in the registry file. Some spyware is wrapped that way so you cannot remove it.
Go to start, Run, type REGEDIT, press enter.
Be VERY CAREFUL what you do and be sure the program you want to delete is the one you are modifying/deleting. Registry changes will affect and possibly damage your system.
Okay, Click on the plus sign at HKEY LOCAL MACHINE. You will see subcategories open up. Go to software. Click on that plus sign. Find your program. Sometimes you really have to look for it. It could be under the company name, the program name, or something entirely different.
When you find it, right click on it. Select permissions. Change to allow you full control. After that is changed, right click and delete it.
When you are finished, repeat the process in HKEY CURRENT USER
, HKEY USERS, and HKEY CURRENT CONFIG to make surfe there aren't any other files in these sections. Chances are, they are there also.
