More Severe Weather In Texas

Wed May 03, 2006 8:03 am

There is a line of huge storms out in West Texas, stretching from just east of Snyder to the Hereford area up in the Panhandle. The majority of these storms have 50,000-65,000 foot cloud tops, are producing large hail up to 4-5" in diameter, and multiple mesocyclones and tornados. Storms are moving generally to the east, and could impact the OK City and Dallas areas late tonight or early in the morning assuming they stay intact. Should be fun for all the aircraft dispatchers out there tonight  Silly
