Pres. Fox Does Not Sign Bill Into Law

MEXICO CITY, Mexico (AP) -- Mexican President Vicente Fox backed off a bill that would have decriminalized possession of small amounts of drugs, sending it back to Congress for changes rather than signing it into law.

Yes, there are harvesting standards that need to be met. There must be standards for rolling joints. I'm sure Mr Fox doesn't want subpar dime-bags getting out there, he wants the good stuff

At least he didn't sign it & then stated that he felt he had the power to bypass if he wants to  duck

It was a controversial bill, and the U.S. had voiced its disapproval using back channels, according to a recent news report.
What's fair is fair.
