TSA In Anchorage

Sun Jun 04, 2006 5:18 pm

Thought about posting this in Civ-Av . . . but figured it would likely wind up here anyway.

Chad Carpenter does this strip in Anchorage. He's got a great sense of humor, and a dry wit . . . .

I occasionally post a strip of his here when it's particularly funny. Some folks - non-Alaskans - simply don't get his cartoons sometimes, but this ought to appeal to just about everyone that's ever traversed the gauntlet at a US airport.

FOR THOSE THAT FOUGHT FOR IT, FREEDOM HAS A FLAVOR THE PROTECTED WILL NEVER KNOW OR UNDERSTAND

Quoting ANCFlyer (Thread starter):

Yup, been there, done that... the funny thing is that when I tried to hand the agents my boxers, they just waved me on through...  confused

Sure, we're concerned for our lives. Just not as concerned as saving 9 bucks on a roundtrip to Ft. Myers.

I am sooooooooo tempted to do that next trip - but I fear I may spend the duration cracking rocks somewhere! Big grin
