ATL Gentlemen's Clubs

Mon Aug 28, 2006 3:51 pm

I'll be in Atlanta for work in a couple of weeks and when I travel on business I usually like to sample the local "culture."  devil

First off, does "Tattletails" as mentioned in Motley Crue's "Girls, girls, girls" still exsist? If so, is it worth going to?

Secondly, we'll be stayng in the airport vicinity - any good spots near there?

Thanks for the tips!

Have Andruw Jones give you a tour of The Gold Club.

I don't think Tattletails is there anymore, but maybe one of the locals can pipe in on that one.

The best pleasure establishments are to be found in the Buckhead area, I don't think there is much around ATL airport, unless you head west toward the Fulton Industrial area, but the clubs and the women who work in them would be referred to as uh...skanky.. Big grin

Have fun!!

Ah yes...the Gentleman's Club...spin it however you want to spin it. Fake boobies, alcohol, and you losing cash while getting blue balls...The American Dream! Not sure how it is where you are from but Atlanta is all nude with alcohol which seems to be few and far between elsewhere.

Anyways, stay away from anything close to the airport. The places on Stewart Avenue, whoops, supposed to call it Metropolitan Parway now (Stewart was know for drugs, hookers, and nudie bars so we needed to change the name) all cater to the hip hop thug crowd. Their specialty is the hair weave wearing, 5" Lee Press On Nail, big phat ass hoochie mama. Unless that is your cup of tea and you also like gang warfare with your strippers I suggest you stay away.

I'll make the suggestion of The Pink Pony on Buford Highway. That's where I was dragged in a drunken stupor for my bachelor party and I remember that I got a double lap dance from two brunettes that I kept saying looked like naughty librarians. One other stripper rode me like a pony down the stage while another smacked me with my belt on the butt. That's honestly all I remember of that night but the other time I went as the designated driver for some guys it was pretty good.

The other good thing about the Pony is that when you catch that STD there is an office of the Center for Disease Control right across the parking lot.  Wink

Tattletales is still open right there on Cheshire Bridge, about 2 miles south of my office as a matter of fact. My brother took me there for my 16th birthday....it was great then. Haven't been there in over a decade, but it looks regularly full.

Yeah, but for the fact that it's not there. However a bunch of their girls use a very old friend of mine as their lawyer, and it appears that they have a small mobile business now that offers their consultative efforts on a one-on-one (or two) basis.

That's pretty close to being a dive, but it's location makes it a convenient bachelor party destination which seems to attract business pretty well. I've been in there a couple of times in the last few years for such events.

As far as I know there's not much near the airport for that. You have to go downtown for the closest one....which is probably the highest caliber one...it's the Cheetah III and it has always had the hottest dancers and largest bouncers. It's where it's fashionable for guys to bring office parties and girlfriends, but you can still get table dances and stuff.

I think I know waaaayy too much about ATL strip clubs.

Hehe. Not looking to rent one for the evening though.

Isn't that what life is all about? I used to have a keychain that said "I spent most of my money on beer and women. The rest I just wasted."

Certainly not my scene.

Not all dancers have fake boobies, at least not the places I've been in.

A bit off topic, but if you're ever flying in to EDI and have the time, check out 'Bottoms Up'. I went there for a mate's stag night once, got quite durrrrrrrunk, and had this bizarre dance where all my mates sat around and watched while I was forced to drop my jeans, the chick put a lit cigarette in the top of my butt crack, and then whipped it out with a wicked grin on her face. She then followed that little act by making me lie on the floor, and she got this other chick to get nekid and pretty much just wriggle around all over me. Then she made me put my jeans back on but take my shirt off, and sit in a chair while I got a regular, two-girl lap dance.

Damn, that was a good night.

I guess my participation in an AMS banana show is relatively tame then.

(Note to self, cash in FF miles on flight to EDI)

Maybe an EDI meet is in order...

I had a brain freeze and missed Cheetah III in my earlier post. Probably the classiest of the various Jiggly Rooms in ATL. No poles for the girls to twirl on though. (Who really wants to use a pole after some other broad has had her naughty bits all over it?) Just be prepared to drop some serious cash as the Cheetah is mighty expensive. The good thing is the receipts come out (or at least they used to) as the International Grille or International Deli so you can go home home and expense your fun.

We have more to offer then just Gentlemen's clubs. Go to the new

Oh, yes....but that's not the point of this mans post....pun intended...

Atlanta is full of cool things to do and you're not required to debauch yourself in order to have a good time...
