If this insn't overruled in the appeals court, look for new clarifications in federal law.

Also state laws will vary.

For example, in Alaska you can only own up to the mean high tide line
OBAMA-WORST PRESIDENT EVER....Even SKOORB would be better.

Interesting...I believe this is against California's constitution (yes a different state).

Now to me this reads as anything OTHER then a navigation channel is off limits. That is a HUGE blow to the American public, I mean after all who's going to use shipping channel to go water skiing etc? As a Floridian this might impact some waterways, but it's not enforcable in the open ocen which is what most of Florida is about anyway.
