Giant Insect Found

Fri Sep 29, 2006 8:01 am

Ok, what's this?

Is there a leaking nuclear power plant in the close proximity?

Should we start to carefully tell those Bavarian hillbillies they better run for the hills?

Sounds like a smart move.

Hmm, so I guess that's going to be a badbug rejection.

Surely that can't be a bug in space if its a satellite image Wow!????

I would have figured if it was an aerial photograh, then a bug got stuck in the lens. If it was a sat pix, then i guess they weren't in a truly 'clean' room during satalitte preperation.

Even then, shouldn't the bug show up on more than one image if it were on the lens?

that would depend if it only came out onto the lens for a few shots. Just to grab its 5 mins of fame!

Some say it probably happened when they were scanning images.

A white object, and a black hole nearby. I assume the object was going to be placed underground. See other holes in the neighbourhood.

I have a friend who lives exactly there. And believe me, a giant insect would not be the creepiest thing you could expect in that area of Germany... Big grin

Not sure it's any more frightening than the giant rabbits that live in this field...  Wink

She's as nervous as a very small nun at a penguin shoot.
