Your right. I'm not pleased. And with good reason. These companies, Google, Microsoft, pay millions and then tout their software which is nothing more than Map Point overlaid onto Sat. pics... and the pics are verified AT
LEAST 8 years old.
Why spend millions developing these programs, and use SUCH dated data?
If your 10 year olds birthday was the day the satellite picture of my land was taken, he/she today, would be at least 18.
If GWB took office the day the satellite pic of my land was taken, he would be out.
If you bought a car the day the pic was taken, and you drove the average mileage per year, that car would have 96,000 miles.
Why then, can't these pictures be updated? At least ONCE?
Yea.. the software is neat.. but if its outdated, its really no good.
