I am not Korean or know Korean language, but I would suggest it is a some kind of grass like based beverage. Maybe it is an energy drink or puts some wood into your stick. Of course, it could taste horrible to you, but a Korean would love it. Do some Google research.

Go ahead, give it a try, then give us a drink report - if you are able.

I'm not Korean, but I do read and write Korean. That's Aloe Vera juice. Aloe Vera is said to have medicinal values, and in Asia (not sure the rest of the world), it's used for many purposes e.g. Aloe Vera gel is especially great for healing wounds.

It's a very common drink here in Singapore and now Korea. The taste is light, and I am certain sugar will be added when it is produced as a beverage. A very refreshing drink, suitable for both Asian and Western taste buds.

It is indeed Aloe Vera juice from what I've heard.

But I am not really too keen on drinking that.

Do you really wish a drink report ? I can do that, maybe early next week.

I would suggest removing the contents of the bottles, and then drinking them. However, I would not attempt to eat the bottles themselves.

Seriously though, are they really going to sell it if the stuff is poisonous?

You wouldn't believe what stuff is available in Korea. I encountered jellied insect larvae and marinated seagull, just to name two.

Chocolate covered insects are available in the UK, not sure about the larvae though.
